• To ensure that market intelligence is carried out in order to identify prospects and establish their needs
• To ensure proper dissemination of product knowledge to the intermediaries/direct customers
• To give competitive quotations and ensure follow-ups are done for the same
• To facilitate timely issuance of relevant documents
• To facilitate timely collections of premiums as per the company’s credit policy
• To make regular visits in order to maintain relationships with the customer
• To discuss the upcoming renewals to avoid lapses and ensure business retention
• To advise customers/clients on claims procedures i.e. timely reporting and relevant documentation
• To give support to intermediaries including carrying out risk surveys
• Soliciting for business from intermediaries.
• Monitor the transportations of all commodities from warehouse to the final distribution points
• To monitor that all type of loss from loading, off-loading, transporting, storing and distribution are properly documented and reported
• To monitor the stock of commodities in comparison with records (sock register)
• Make sure physical counts of the warehouse is taken & dispatched on a fortnight basis
• Monitor that information concerning food distribution schedules are disseminated well in advance to the relevant beneficiary
• Assist and monitor that appropriate distribution of commodities to eligible recipients/beneficiaries according to the approved distribution plan and as per ration size
• Randomly monitor the distributed commodities with beneficiaries after received from the distribution points
• Monitor that all non-distributed commodities at the end of the distribution period are documented and returned to the warehouse, accompanied with a waybill
• Presentation of progress reports of distribution to management and Food Aid Controller
• Preparing reports of field monitoring & evaluation on weekly and monthly basis
• Ensure all commodity dispatch, delivery, distribution and loss documents are made correctly

· Responsible for management and administration of UNICEF Education Project in Lower Dir Camp assuring that activities are designed and implemented adhering to MAP policies and procedures.
